Bug Report Hauppauge Rocket Not Working

ok. Can you show picture how you got your setup to see if mine any different cuz i can't get picture. I'm not sure if it's me or the program or my pc sense you got the rocket working.

As I was saying about the IT9910 being the device that is in fact my Rocket working in the new OBS. Also if you are trying to run an Elgato as well it only works in 32bit mode (The XBOX capture in the picture).

Ok thx GillyMoMo it must be the window driver that mess up on me then ill look in to how to fix it thx for the picture :)

Anytime good sir! Yeah Happauge Drivers are a pain in the arse sometimes. Trust me I have 3 Happauge devices and they can be troublesome sometimes. Their native software sucks major...

What program do you use for your Happauge i cant find any third party program that work with them.

hello guys,i have the same problem as the first comment but cant resolve it whatsoever, it gives me the same message, ur hd pvr did not start...when i plug my rocket on my pc,it gives me the sound that its being connected and then disconnected all the time,i tried everything ( the problem began when i tried recording with the vr on my ps4 pro)
