Question / Help Hardware encoding with Avermedia live gamer portable ?

Good day everyone,

I can select LGP (live gamer portable) as a source, but it seems that in this case video encoding is still done with my CPU, not with Avermedia hardware encoder.

Am I right?

I think so because when I stream with OBS my frame rate drops significantly compared to when I stream with Avermedia Recentral (software supplied with LGP). But I would very much like to use OBS...
 
For streaming you wouldnt want to use that encoder anyway, but I think Jim got it working for OBS-MP in the future.

Oh, why wouldn't I ? And I really don't know the answer, only got this device (LGP) like 2 days ago.

Could you also drop some light on what is OBS-MP ? If that's some sort of developer branch then I'm willing to try and test it, and provide feedback.
