Bug Report Hanging on "Stop Streaming"/ "Stop Recording" whilst using DXTory for Video Capture

Setup:
DXTory -> DirectShow Output (30fps, 720p)
OBS -> Global Video Capture Device (DXTory Video 1, no downscaling, 30fps)

Issue:
Whilst capturing/streaming with OBS, hitting Stop results in the process hanging.
You can unhang the process by clicking into the game window and forcing DXTory to stop capturing.

I think there is an issue with the hook compatibility with 0.625b and DXTory.
OBS is in the exclude list for DXTory.
