Happened twice today. Just playing when I look up and notice instagib.tv shows me as "Off air" and OBS is greyed out.
when I try to interact with it, it tries to recover and just crashes. Doesn't seem to affect the running game any.
Not certain I can reproduce it but I have a good feeling.
