Question / Help Handbrake/OBS HELP

Oka so after using OBS to record my vids and save them to my computer i try to compress the files in handbrake but im unsure on which codec to use, H.264(x264), MPEG-4 (FFmpeg) or MPEG-2 (FFmpeg).

When i try using H.264 it is like a 2 hour compress for 3mins of vid. HELP

You don't need to use handbreak, they're already compressed with x264 directly.
