Hello guys, i have a bit of a problem, could any of you tell me the reason my stream looks so wonky? http://www.twitch.tv/underwatercacty/b/507505204 i mean around min 1 the image seems to be lagging or something, i don't really know.
It's kinda annoying, i used the log analyzer and it didn't register any problems
here is the log

That is not a full log. Can you please post the whole thing, including the top part?

By the way, your bit rate is extremely low, and your quality settings are pretty odd. If you can't stream at a higher bit rate, you'll probably want to downscale your resolution further than you are right now (by at least 2.00, of not more) and enable CBR.

You don't have an appreciable amount of duplicate/late frames, and no dropped frames, so the jittering could be due to the fact that you're running the stream at 24fps. 30fps might make for a smoother experience. But I can't say, because your log is missing some crucial details.

hmm well my bitrate is like that because my max upload speed is 700 kb/s or something like that
so i'd need to downscale it more huh? it's on a laptop, which is why it may seem to have a weird resolution and stuff.
i'll try streaming with a lower resolution

This is the log for this vid: http://www.twitch.tv/underwatercacty/b/507622605
The actual video is from the last stream cast and i only changed the server from frankfurt to amsterdam
The video is still blurry, you can see the problem better after min 1, if the problem is my bitrate is too low then i guess i should try streaming after i get better internet

Yes, you are severely limited by your low upload speed, especially for a game like Skyrim where the full scene is pretty much constantly in motion.

Yep SKyrim is one of those games that is hard to encode without blocks popping up, especially when you are running around outside and the grass and trees are moving. Even harder when you are limited to 700kbps, so you definitely need to downscale it more in order to get rid of all the blocks. Your upload rate is definitely holding you back.
