Remove your webcam and readd it as a global source, and instead of running the cam at 1080p (a lot of USB usage can cause audio issues), lower the webcam resolution to 720p at max. having it as a global source will allow your scene changes to be more fluent which is probably the other half of the issue.

how do you have your desktop audio set directly to the game? shouldn't this be set to desktop audio?
