Question / Help Guidance on a preset guide?

So lately i've been streaming and was wondering "What could be the best quality possible i am able to provide for my viewers satisfaction and my own?" So i was wondering if anyone would be able to help me figure out the desirable settings for each game i stream with. Here is a list of games i'd hope to make good quality out of this

WARFRAME
Elsword
Vindictus
Phantasy Star Online 2
TERA Online

I also do console streaming as well however i mostly do Fighter's such as Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate, Tekken Tag 2, and Guilty Gear Accent Core + R. i'll post my laptop specs to the best of my ability down below. Thanks in advanced and i hope to get some help on this matter.

Windows 8.1 64 bit OS
Intel Core i5 3230m CPU @ 2.6GHz
Nvidia GTX 660m 2GB
8 GBs of RAM
23 download speed, 1.4 Upload Speed

You're asking if someone will help you devise customized streaming settings for 8+ games? No, that seems unlikely, though you're of course free to experiment with settings yourself. With a dual core CPU and ~1200 Kbps for the stream there isn't a lot of room for tweaking and you will most likely be in the 360p/480p range for all of your content.
