I have MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G + i5-6600K and 16gb of ram, and I stream League of Legends at 720p.
Occasionally, I'm having frame drops in game and I feel like it's not supposed to happen with these specs.
League of Legends is at highest settings.
OBS settings are:
x264 encoder, 2500kb/s max bitrate, 1920x1080 downscaled to 1280x720 with Bilinear filter @ 30fps
700ms scene buffering, x264 CPU = veryfast, and encoding profile = main.
Is occasional stutter in League of Legends normal, or should I change some settings?
