I am tomorrow installing a GTX960 on FX4300 based system. I want to stream at 720p/30fps without a camera, with audio, and two simple graphics as an overlay. I bought the GTX to specifically use Shadowplay or NVENC on OBS. My I have 4.5mps available to me on the upstream.
I am looking ahead of time to find some advice on appropriate settings for how I would like to stream. And advice appreciated.
