Question / Help Grey Screen window capture

ok so a bit of background on my issue.

i started configuring OBS about a week ago trying to get a stream setup for Twitch. i was doing just fine with window capturing and was amost done when i hit a snag trying to install a plugin called CLR browser. i was getting installation errors and couldnt get it to show up in OBS. I decided to do a Fresh Windows install since i have had my PC now for almost 4yrs

All installed now and running, got CLR to nstall on 32 bit atleast but still not 64 bit. now when i try to adda window capture for my game all i get is a grey screen. Getting super frustrated with this program and i really dont want to have to capture the entire monitor which is the only thing working at this time.

so i need help on 2 issues, i need the grey screen issue corrected and i want the CLR for the 64 bit to install or work correctly.

Is the log file correct in reporting that you're using two GPUs and have one monitor connected to each GPU?

the only change like i said is i reinstalled windows, all configurations in displays and hardware were unchanged. the setup is the same as before when i had no issues with captures.

is anyone looking into this? maybe an update to my query to let me know something is trying to be done?
