Greenscreen webcam content overlay?

I want to do some software tutorials in which I am walking the viewer through various software decisions. I will be recording my screen to show them. But I also have a webcam and would like to display a silhouette of myself overlaid on top of the software display. I have figured out how to overlay the webcam output overtop of the software display but that shows the ENTIRE contents of the webcam including everything behind me. I think that takes up too much screen space.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

TIA!

For those that come later, there's this plugin:
Is that what you found?

Or you could have a single-color background (that actually is a single color *as the camera sees it*, which is where a lot of the hassle comes from), and then use OBS's native Chroma Key filter on the camera, set to that came color. (usually green, but not necessarily, and don't wear anything of that color!)

That could make for a very strange video. ;)

I'm not sure if that's the same one. But it does look to at least be a similar process.

At this point, I haven't decided for sure if I want to do it as a tutorial where the viewer sees me or just my screen.
