Question / Help Green Screen When Using Nvidia NVENC Encoding

After recently updating both OBS and my Nvidia drives all recording using (Nvidia NVENC) now displays as a green screen when loading the video's into Adobe Premier (.mp4). This issue was none existent 1 week ago.

Does anyone have a solution or can direct me to one?

Extra Notes:
I use NVENC for better performance when recording locally (not streaming)
Is it possible to revert back my OBS version to test if the problem exists
No issues found in a memory test
Play back using media players display fine

... any thoughts?

No just green when placed into my editing program. Which previously worked using the same format. No updates have been made to my editing program.

Yes mp4, its the format that works best for me.
