Question / Help (Green Screen) Switching scenes w/green screen on & off?

I know that title may be confusing, but it was the best way I could explain in so many characters.
So basically, my question is..IS it possible to switch between scenes with your webcam selected as a global source, but only have the green screen enabled on certain scenes?
An example would be, I have my webcam selected as a global source. Scene 1, green screen keyed out.
Scene 2, green screen NOT keyed out.
I know this is achievable if I don't select the webcam as a global source, but it would take a considerable amount of time switching scenes.
If not possible, what would you guys recommend?

So far i know its not possible to set a single cam as a global source with different settings (like chroma key off and on).
You can set only one part of the scenes (like the ones with chromakey) to a global source and anything without it as a normal source. Or add a second webcam, thats expensive, but so far i know the best way to do this stuff.
