Question / Help Green pixels ruining stream

I'm having an issue where some games (Minecraft and Return to Castle Wolfenstein so far) will have some sort of grid-like green pixels all over the screen on stream, flickering randomly. CPU and GPU aren't under full load, my internet is fast, and it doesn't happen even on more intensive games such as ARK: Survival Evolved. I've tweaked settings in OBS and in-game graphics settings as well. Minimal graphics reduce the issue in Minecraft, but do not resolve it.

Here is someone else (user erockhiphop) who has recorded the same issue happening for him: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ywi3XwqpKI

Could someone please try to fix this problem. I'm trying to record minecraft with OBS but my obs preview has the same exact green pixelation that is shown in the above video.

OpenGL games cause odd issues on the R9 series video cards.

Some people have reported success with obs multiplatform set to use the opengl renderer instead of the directx11 one.
