Question / Help Green flickering wile streaming?

As the title suggests I have problems with my stream..
It starts off ok but after a few seconds it starts flickering green like hell..

I have tried different games and results are as follows:
Minecraft: Yes
FTL: Yes (and randomly crashes)
Shadowgate: No
Hearthstone: No
Portal 2: No (edit)

My specs are:
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 285
CPU: AMD FX 8350
RAM: 8GB 1600mhz
Upload speed: 96 MB/s

Since I have no clue what's important in the settings and I don't want to copy everything; ask.

After a little tinkering I've realized that it might be a game problem since it only happens to 2 of the 5 games I've tried..
But I have no idea what so if anyone know please tell me!

Just gonna nudge this again.. As I'm not getting answers I think I'm gonna give up..
Is it possible to at least get pointed in the right direction?
