Hey there, I realize there are about a million threads like this but I'm at my wits end. I moved from STL to a town just outside of STL and I've never had issues like this until now. I tried just about everything in this thread: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/ still no help.
I'll try to be as detailed as possible with what's going on:
I'll be able to stream issue free for anywhere from 40 mins to 7 hours. Sometimes I won't have a single issue for days. sometimes I'll have issues every day for a week at a time. The issue is that the Green notification/upload bar goes from green/yellow, then red. I start dropping frames, and sometimes the stream will time out.
I've tried these things:
1. Using a VPN in case of throttling etc.
2. Having my ISP come over and changing all of my hardware including COAX cabling, box outside my house, and lines on the street.
3. Changing servers, and changing my stream key
4. Streaming while my ethernet is plugged directly into my modem
5. Sacrificing a virgin to the internet gods
I have 100Mb down/4.5-5Mb Up. I stream at 1800 and have tried moving that around as well, but to no avail.
My PC Specs are:
Windows 10 64Bit
i5-4760k CPU @ 3.40 GHz
20GB DDR3 Ram
Nvidia GTX 960
Things I have noticed:
I checked my router and noticed what looks like a lot of "DoS attack: Land Attack" entries as well as a bunch of other DoS attacks, I read that these are fairly common, but it looks like I have a ton of them.
Sometimes my bitrate spikes up into the 3-4k range, often times its all over the place.
Here is a log file from last Friday (September 25th, 2015). I was having these issues on this day.

Also, not sure if this helps, but here is a VOD to my most recent broadcasts where I was having the issue
http://www.twitch.tv/bousefeenux/v/18512799 The issue can be seen less than 2 mins into the video
If anyone figures out the issue (even if its something I can't solve) I'll name my firstborn after you.
