Please help me when i record the game everything okay and the game graphics on Ultra but the video quality is too bad its not HD 720 at all i recorded 5 sec video for you guys to see it , I really need help its not working at all with me

Post a logfile from the Help menu, from a session at least 5 minutes in length. We really do need it to be able to see what's going on with the backend.

I did followed that but still the same sadly
