I don't know, how can I install VST3 plugin, so I installed the OBS ME, but when I select a GPU audio VST3 plugin from www.gpu.audio, the OBS chrashed and closed.

https://obsproject.com/kb/vst-2-x-plugin-filter says that as of January 2022 OBS only supported VST 2.x
