Greetings all.
After update i got label telling me about high load on my CPU but i see that there are only 10-20% loaded. What the problem?
Because of that my stream goes extremely bad like 10-20 FPS when i have 100+ FPS ingame.

P.S i use Nvidia NVenc. If i disable it i get more problems with FPS

Tried to delete OBS and install old one - no sense!
