I read through some other threads on Hangouts and didn't come across the solution to my issue, so my apologies if I missed it somewhere here in the forums.
I don't have a webcam, but decided to try and use Google Hangouts to fake it. In other words I'm using my two google accounts to Hangout with each other (using an iPad) and thought I could window capture the Hangout on the PC.
It works - until I start playing the game. No matter what I do (streaming Hearthstone currently), the windows layer properly when Hearthstone is in the background in windowed mode, but the minute I start to play, the image vanishes and I have a distortion of the size of my window capture box on the Hearthstone screen. I have told Hearthstone to move to the back, and Hangouts to move to the top constantly - doesn't seem to matter.
Am I doing something wrong, or am I trying to do something that can't be done?
Here is a link to a short video of me attempting to test this "webcam" setup.
