Question / Help Good upload / download, laggy in game (LoL streaming)

Hey guys, I just started streaming last night, my max bitrate is 500 and my internet speed is fine but when I run league, OBS, and twitch at the same time it makes me lag while in game.
Any ideas?

Laggy as in high ping, or low FPS?

Don't watch the stream while you're streaming, that could help.

500kbps max rate is pretty low...If that's your max rate, I'm guessing your upload speed is pretty low, too?

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.

My download is 38.702 and my upload is 3.87 my FPS Is low, I'm also using an HP Pavilion G series laptop, trying to figure out how to speed it up atm, that may be the cause.

Well can you post a log file ? so we can see if you are using Game Capture or something ? If you use Game Capture that will improve your FPS in game. If that doesn't really help try lowering LoL settings to medium/low.
