HOW DARE YOU NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT BEFORE YOU POST!

Sorry, I get angry sometimes. Anyways.

You've got a GTX 750 which is great for recording to the hard drive, using the NVEnc encoding method.

Check this guide: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/how-to-make-high-quality-local-recordings.12600

Except use NVEnc instead of x264, don't use a custom x264 command, set your NVEnc preset to HQ (High Quality), and set your bitrate to something between 20000 and 50000 (experiment to find out the point at which you can't tell the difference in quality for higher bitrates, personally I usually just use 20000).

The GTX 750 is a low/middle end GPU that has the new Maxwell chipset that has good recording capabilities built in. Real good value there. This won't work for live streaming, but for recording to the hard drive for later upload, its hard to beat.
