I am searching for Ideal settings for my setup, I want to record at 60fps (if it works) and have a good quality.
Mainly I want to record Counter Strike Global Offensive and I do not want to Stream, so this is only for recording.
Here are my specs:
The Graphics card is the:
HIS Radeon R9 280 IceQ OC Active PCIe 3.0 x16
The CPU is at standard Frenquenzy (4.00GHz]
