so my specs are
skylake i7 6700k 4.00ghz
z1700a gaming m7 (ms-7976) msi board
16 gig ddr4 corsair 3200 mhz ram in 4 sticks
msi nvidia gtx 980ti gpu
benq xl2411 144hz monitor (primary) connected via dvi
and a hp pavilion 23xi (secondary) connected via hdmi both to the gpu

according to speed test.,net my down is 35mbs and up is 9 mbs

so looking at my stream the quality is good and not much buffering from what i gather its just when playing csgo i get like a stuttering every so often and a funny animation when changing weapons sometimes . my ping or frames don't seem to change whether streaming or not and i know my specs and internet speeds should be able to handle streaming so id just like someones opinion on what is going wrong. ive changed bandwidths up and down and tried disabling preview and all the easy to do tweaks and tried having no other programs open aswell but it still seems like there is a little bit of input lag now and again. so ill add my log and settings now and will be greatfull for any help thanks

my log is on my next comment , thanks
i have noticed that on my log it says i only have 4 gig of physical memory where as i have 16 installed in 4 sticks of 4 which windows and my motherboard do recognize is there s ojust pointing that out just in case it means anything

my settings

Yes, please use a windows enabled aero theme and make sure that "disable aero" is not checked in OBS.

Second, your bitrate is pretty low, if this is all your connection can handle then that fine, just make sure the custom buffer matches the bitrate. If you are unsure on this, run this test for your region and post a screenshot of the results: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester Please do not run this test with anything else going on. it will be measuring upload rate and quality to twitch.tv

Third your webcam resolution is a bit high, this can cause jutters freezes and sometime audio desyncs. change this to 1280x720 which is what your stream is at anyway.

After you're all done changing the above, restart OBS, stream for 5 minutes and post another log.

just dropping in to say I'm having the exact same issues - OBS streamed fine at 60fps 720p in early December/November, now a month later I get random dropped frames while streaming DayZ, Counterstrike, and Rocket League. Here's a sample highlight to show you what I mean:

On my monitor and my local Elgato recording, there are no dropped frames, so I know it's something wrong with OBS - could it be some new Windows 10 patch messing with OBS?

also a question for you, does it put alot more strain on the comp to record the stream aswell?
Code:
20:31:53: Using Monitor Capture

20:22:27: max bitrate: 1100
20:22:27: buffer size: 1200

First, remove all instances of monitor capture. monitor capture is really bad with windows 7. it will lower the performance of any scene it is in. you should be able to capture your primary monitor with a game capture pointed to DRM.exe instead of a game.

Second, you still didn't adjust your bitrate and custom buffer to match. set both to 2200. you have enough to do this.
