Question / Help good quality but laggy recording ?

IM recording at 60fps, 1920x1080 base and output res and the video is in good quality but extremly laggy,(im recording games)(rocket league) nad i run 150fps while playing the game and recording.

i thiunk ive fixed it, i just turned the encoder to the x256 and its good quality and no lag (:
