Question / Help Good PC specs, can't stream CS:GO

My PC specs:

Intel CPU i7 4790K 3,70GHz
ASUS GTX 970 4BH
ASUS Z97-P S1150ATX USB3

When I stream CS:GO I get annoying FPS lags, but I feel like I shouldn't have a problem when streaming it.
I have 1024x768 res on CS:GO if that makes any difference.

Can someone give me some suggestions on what I can do to fix this issue?
