Question / Help Good Options for 1080p 60fps recording ?

Hello i am trying to record at 1080p 60fps with low file size for youtube can anyone suggest any good settings ?
My pc specs:
Fx 8350 4ghz
Xfx r9 280x
WesternDigital 1 tb blue
Asus m5a97 le r2.0
Coolermaster G750M
blah blah :o

what will happen if i decrease or increase bitrate ?

If you're actually following the settings in the guide I linked, nothing will happen.

The settings in the guide I linked use a quality based bitrate selection that COMPLETELY IGNORES your own bitrate setting.

raise your CPU preset, as in superfast or ultrafast. since you'll be re-encoding anyway. there is a chance that your CPU just wont do 1080@60 which can be demanding. best bet is to include a logfile with each post and change:
