Question / Help Good internet but dropping frames?

I just upgraded my internet so I have 5mb upload and 30mb download but I still can't seem to stream above 1000 bitrate? If I go above 1k bitrate I start to drop frames... Any help is appreciated thank you!

If you really did try all the things in that post, including lowering bitrate by various degrees, testing several different streaming servers, checking for packet shapers, and bypassing your router, then there's not much else we can do to help.

Just confirming that you did try several ingest servers?
Additional bits to try:
-Your log says that you're on RealTek #2; have you tried switching to the other ethernet port on your system? It's less than likely, but some motherboards can be... a little weird about stuff like that. Plus it's as easy as unplugging and replugging one cable, if you're running on DHCP (most are, unless you're using a static setup internally).
-Likewise, when is the last time you updated your motherboard's drivers, including the NIC driver? Some can behave oddly with the default MS drivers
-When bypassing your router/connecting directly to the modem, did you get a 192.168.x.x or a 10.x.x.x address? If so, the modem may be running in NAT ('home router') mode, and may need to be put into Bridged mode to get a real bypass-test.
-It may sound stupid, but have you tried powering off the modem for a few minutes, then powering it back on? My ISP regularly sends the wrong config file to mine on-boot, and I have to try it a few times to get the 'good' one when they do maintenance sometimes, that routes my traffic through a RIDICULOUS loop. Gotta love netboot/tftp hardware DRM, and techs ignoring you when you give specific version numbers as good and bad.

You may also want to try something like PingPlotter (non-free software) to try and determine where the connection interruption/weakness is taking place. The log definitely suggests a network problem; ruling out where it's occurring is the next step.
