Question / Help Good connection but still steam lag

I have a good connection, Speedtest shows 12 ping, 5 download and 6 upload.
I have those settings

but still lag with 6 up.. why?

The log contains 2 streaming attempts and both no problems with encoding but problems with dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth.

Found out that Milan server is sheet. Changing to Paris solved the problem
