Question / Help Good computer cant record with high frames

Every time I record my frames drop below 30. I am testing this on Minecraft. I normally run around 200 fps in it but when i start recording I drop to 25 or so, I have tried fiddling with the settings but no change. My computer should be able to handle recording I would think

CPU:
Intel Core i7-5820k CPU @ 3.30GHz

GPU:
AMD Radeon R9 290x

Ram:
Ballistix Sport DDR4 ram 4x 4G

What should my settings be to fix this problem? and If I need to add more info please tell me.
