Question / Help Global audio time offset over 1000 ms

Hello
I test the elgato game capture with obs to stream my pc screen and I need to set the global audio time offset but I can't set it more than 1000 ms. Is it normal ?

Raise your scene buffering time as well to match whatever you need to set the audio offset at.
 
This will be fixed in the next version, though I don't recommend using global audio time offset generally.
 
ok but I need this because I can't send the audio to the hdmi so I have to take it directly from the sound card.
And I need a little explanation about the buffering time please ^^.
