Hello! I'd like to know how I can stop this from happening?
When I record using OBS my recordings are full of little glitches, like a broken tv.

I figured it was because my laptop was too slow, but that's since been fixed and it still does it.
It does it on both my webcam and my screen if I record either. It also does it if I stream and download the footage but less if it's my camera and more if it's my screen. (no glitching while I actually stream, only the footage after glitches) The computer isn't lagging and I don't get any errors like encoding issues or anything. Any idea how to fix this? I'm really wanting to use my webcam for the wide screen but I keep getting these issues. It also does it before I import it to movie maker so it's not the processing there. Another interesting thing is in movie maker I can't see the glitching until I export it even though I can see it outside of movie maker in the raw file....I just...ahhhhhh D:!!!
