Glitch Transition

So I have been trolling people on various websites (Omegle, Zoom ect.) so I was wondering if there was like a glitch transition that I can use thanks if you can find help for me! Much appreciated! (PS. I already found some stingers that I can use and those work great there's just one problem with them I cant get a filter on them to remove the green screen so if anyone can help with this or just finding a plugin that would be great thanks you!

Hello.

To make the green screen transparent, use any editing software to remove green by Chroma Key (for example in After Effects it is called Keylight), if you are happy with your result, DONT RENDER IT AS MP4! You need to go to Render Settings, then choose QuickTime (You need to install QuickTime drivers, they are free) and for rendering codec (i think) choose PNG format, or find RGB + Alpha. Render it out, put it as stinger in OBS and you are done. You are welcome.
