Question / Help Giving out Elgato sound to another device.

Hey guys I'm trying to use voicemeeter. I want to mix all my audio sources (mic,desktop sound and elgato sound) and give them out as one stream which is selected as the mic stream in OBS. This works but there is one thing that doenst seem to go for me. I told OBS to use an Virtual audio cable as the desktop output device so it would send the audio to the mix program but it does always play the sound on the desktop. With this happening I cant seperate the audio from the elgato and the pc desktop. Is this a bug. It doenst seem to change no matter what output source I'm using in OBS. I went back to the OBS version where you can use input devices as audio desktops. No change. I have no clue what to do. help me please
 
OBS doesn't have a desktop output device. It only has a desktop input device (listed as 'Desktop Audio Device' in Settings).

Sending audio 'to desktop' from a Source's properties plays it back over the default audio device selected in Windows. As far as I am aware, there is no way to change this behavior.
