Question / Help Getting started streaming

I recently updated my computer hardware not for the sole intention of streaming, but it is something I would definitely like to start getting involved with. Something to have fun with. I guess my first concern is if this setup, while using OBS, is capable of streaming at 1080p30fps without dropping too many frames.

System
  • Asus Z97-A motherboard
  • Intel i5 4690k oc'ed to 4.5 ghz (top burn in temperature 55c @ 1.25v)
  • Corsair H100i water cooler
  • Corsair 16gb vengence pro ram
  • Nvidia GTX 970
  • Logitech C920 webcam

Audio
  • Audio Technica 2035 (needed both of these for work anyways, so that worked out)
  • Focusrite solo usb

Right now my internet is 20mbps down and 5mbps up which I could go to a higher plan if I needed to. I would appreciate any feedback for the system and possibly settings, using obs, that at present you think that I could run.

That system is be fine, but 1280x720 would be a better target if you plan to stream games on Twitch.
