alright when i stream i can stream just fine, i get over 200+fps streaming 1080p and my upload speed is just fine. i get 6mb upload and i have an intel 4770k 4.3ghz and a gtx 660. this setup can handle streaming very well just that the screen gets pixalted when i start moving around. to be specific, league of legends. i saw another person stream and they told me their obs settings to get rid of the pixels when moving around, it worked but the result was like a really grainy/blurry picture when watching the video on 1080p i was wondering is there a way to remove the pixels or remove the grainy blur when streaming?

here are my settings atm

Your cpu preset is too fast.
Your fps doesnt need to be 60 for LoL.
Your bitrate is maxxing out Twitches max bitrate, this causes issues sometimes, 3200 would be better.
1080p is a luxury, not for small streamers, only big ones, therefore use 720p.
Also, high bitrate with no transcoding from Twitch means viewers with bad internet cant watch.

Here is what everything means:
Cpu preset how many times the cpu compresses a frame. (slower = better)
Fps is frames per second, pretty self explainatory.
Bitrate is how many little squares the stream compresses with. (higher = better) it also dictates upload/download speed.
1080p take muuuuch more power to encode, more bitrate, and more power to decode. Most viewers wont fullscreen, so 720p is good enough.

I hope i helped! If you need further clarification, il join your stream chat and help there, i typed this whole thing with a HTC One... So my finger is numb :P

Dacoder pretty much hit the nail on the head here. Your CPU preset shouldn't change from Very fast. Slower is actually better on these, not the other way around. slower will make your stream look better, but at the cost of taking much more of the CPU to encode. Everything else...Listen to what Dacoder said. Dude seems to know what he's talking about.
