Have you tried the backup ingest server for Youtube? Can OBS connect to a different service like Twitch?

Works fine on Twitch, and I've tried the backup ingest server for youtube and it still doesnt work, i've even tried multiple people's stream keys, and ive tried resetting them

Do other programs like OBS Studio and XSplit also fail to connect? This doesn't sound like an OBS issue at all.
