Question / Help Getting Capture Audio To Play through Mic Headset??

I have a Creative Fatal1ty Gaming USB Headset/mic device, and i am wanting to do some commentary on my gameplay videos, i want to be able to send the audio from OBS to the headphones and not the PC speakers. I was able to get this to work the other day where as soon as i plugged the USB of the headphone into the PC it would kill the PC speakers audio and transfer it to the headphones. But i have tried this today and can not for the life of me get it to work now, i only appears to come out of the PC speakers. In the audio options under 'Desktop Audio Device' i have the following options in the drop down window:

Default
AMD HDMI Output (2- AMD High Definition Audio Device)
SPDIF Out (2- Creative SB X-Fi)
Speakers (2- Creative SB X-Fi)
Headset (Playback) (2- Creative SB X-Fi)

and for the 'Microphone/Auxiliary Audio Device' the following:

Disabled
Default
Headset (Record) (2- Creative SB X-Fi)
Microphone FP (2- Creative SB X-Fi)
Digital-In (2- Creative SB X-Fi)
Line-in (2- Creative SB X-Fi)

Now the mic works fine if i set it to either 'Default' or Headset (Record), but i cannot get audio from the headphones, i would have though it i selected 'Headset (Playback)' from the 'desktop Audio Device' drop down options it should send the audio to the headphone but it doesn't, the audio still comes out of the PC Speakers but its not detecting it on the Speaker equalizer on the OSB program when i select that option. Any ideas whats wrong?

Just change your default Windows device to your Headset and you will hear the sound. I guess this time Windows didnt change it as soon as you plugged in the headset, while it did the first time you plugged them in.
So in the Windows Audio Settings just right-click your headset and set it as default device.

How do you even get the option "Capture Audio"? I only get Capture Window, Monitor, Image, Image Slide Show, Text, Video Capture Device and Game Capture. I've browsed through "settings" a number of times but there is no option to get a capture for any audio input. I have a screen shot of what mine looks like attached

The audio devices to record are selected under Settings > Audio, not added as sources to a scene.
