There doesn't seem to be any way for me to set up microphone monitoring without getting echo in OBS. If I use the built-in Windows Sounds mic monitoring I get an echo because OBS gets my voice from my mic and also from "Desktop Audio". If I use the OBS mic monitoring setting in Advanced Audio Properties then it still plays through "Desktop Audio" and from my mic. I personally need mic monitoring so I can hear myself and dont escalate my voice with things going on in whichever game im playing. Anybody know how to fix this? Also, I don't know if this has anything to do with it but if I mute OBS itself in my Sound Mixer then OBS stops putting out any audio, this should only mute OBS for me right and not the stream too? Thanks for any help, I feel like I've tried everything and I'm quite frustrated.
