So i tried with 24.0.3 and 24.0.5 from different gentoo-sources and openssl vs libressl but that causes other matters (xsane is the other matter)
gentoo-sources version used 5.4.8 to 5.4.13

Kenel: Gentoo-sources 5.4.13
CPU: Ryzen 7 1800x
GPU: ASUS Strix Rog RX 480
xf86-video-amdgpu: 19.1.0
Window Manager: I3 Gaps

Right now i don't know what to do since Gentoo team has removed 5.4.8 and i tried with 4.19.86 and .97 both stable version still having this issue.... i don't know what i'm missing about dependencies.
