I really want to have the best possible settings I hope someone who knows much about this setting stuff ,can help me.
So ..i have this hardware:
Intel core i5-2300 cpu at 2.80Ghz
4GB ram
windows 10 64bit
amd radeon HD 6450
Upload 7-9 Mb

Ok ty for your help but why i get wird microlaggs ,its abit anoying for the viewers,and i dont know why.
I Analyzed the log files and get this ....
How can i fix it
Help me plss :)

And i got a question, my kb/s varies from 2035 to 2700 ..is that normal?

Your log is fine, if your viewers are complaining of lag it's because their connection to Twitch is bad.
