Don't use CBR for recording. Use CQP, and select the CQ between 15 and 23. The lower the value the better the quality and greater the file size and problems you're goin to face.

This is only if you want to record separately several audio sources. If you only want one audio output, select in the top Simple output mode and let OBS do the complicated configurations.
