Question / Help Gamesound Behind Video W/ ElGato?

My problem is that whenever I record with OBS, my voice is synched up with the video, but the gamesound isn't. For whatever reason this is I have no clue, but any input would be GREATLY appreciated :)
 
The "use buffering" option should default to 'on' in the source properties for the eglato. Could you check to make sure it's on, and set at 0?

The default is in fact "on", but only if you select the Elgato in the dropdown menu at the top, meaning if it is in the first spot and already selected it will not be "on" by default (unless you click the dropdown box anyways to select it again)
 
Are you sure? I swear I had code to detect that if it's the first item. Thank you for pointing that out if so
