Question / Help Games is 100+ FPS but in recording looks like Poop While Recording Fortnite: Save the World

Hey guys, I was trying to record some Fortnite Save the World videos but my footage looks so bad that it looks like I am gaming on a microwave. The game itself is fine and 100+ FPS while recording but the final result like previously stated is terrible. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, and about everything at this point. This is typcial GPU overload. There is not enough GPU power left for OBS to render your scene fast enough.
Limit your ingame FPS until the rendering lag disappears.
edit: Also disable Windows 10 GameDVR and don't use monitor capture (use game capture instead, if possible).

Dude, thank you so much, I limited my FPS to 60 on Fortnite and it is so much smoother, been trying to fix this for like a week, thanks bro.
