Games feels choppy everytime i stream

Source timing has improved significantly, it looks good now. But the audio is still lagging, there's (2) monitor outs in the In Game Scene in play along with a sample-rate mismatch on Sonar Gaming.

Draw a diagram of your audio routing. The chain is too long & the chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. OBS > Steel Series > OBS & back out again to monitor. Shorten the chain....
 
from what I can see, it is a little bit smoother, but not so much. feels like it went from like 120zh to 165hz.

I'd be interest to see a VOD. I am a little confused by the log though, you did add the game capture but I don't see it actually hooking to any game in your test? Also I would not use the low latency preset when streaming.
