I don;t have the Steelseries Sonar – Stream, and I don;t see the benefit of using it.I didn't go through your entire log but I see you have SteelSeries Sonar installed & your're not following the directions....
I don't have the "Steelseries Sonar – Stream" , i have the "SteelSeries Sonar - Gaming" beacuse I don;t see the need to use the Streamer mode.Your log says otherwise.

Brother, I didn't ask for help with the sonar app, I have my own setup that works just fine.Well everybody that I've helped with SteelSeries Sonar has had great results following those directions. I'm not even sure why you have it installed on your system. It's an app for SteelSeries headphones.
Brother, I"M using the steelseries sonar because i have the volume boost. I use it because I have a pair of Steelseries headphones. I use it THE WAY I'M using it because in obs I have the Application Audio Output Capture. I DON'T need the streamer mode from the Steelseries app. The Sonar does not make my game feel choppy. My problem, does not involve the Steelseries app. Those logs are 2 different logs. The first log is the SETUP with the steelseries stream and the second one is with my setup. The obs has been closed and opened everytime i made a change.Using an app you don't need. it's called denial.
Nothing changed in those logs. OBS must be closed when making system changes.
Rendering lag is GPU overload & you clearly have bandwidth issues.
20:12:42.881: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 11 (0.5%)
20:12:42.881: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 494 (23.1%)
I switched between MY setup and YOUR setup in those 5 mins later after i ended stream. No point in trying to argue with you. The fact that you just not listen to anythign that i say, and just keep on the "steelseries sonar recommended settings" there's legit no point in even trying to explain further. You telling me that the LOG is truncated, when I don;t benefit anythign from truncating it, you must have some serious problems. You switched to Sonar Stream & the stream ends 5 minutes later, log is truncated too. Sorry, that's not a valid test, should be using it as your only audio source.

Again, didn't ask for help for the audio routing. The app sucks, doesn't offer me the full control of the audio, so I won't use it the way you do. Again, didn't ask for help for the audio routing. You asked for help, I tied to help but you're using Sonar the wrong way. Your audio routing sucks, maybe you'll learn to use the app the way it was intended or maybe you won't.
hi, they clearly do not care to use the stream mix from steelseries and this does not make their audio routing "suck ass"....this is also totally unrelated to what they are asking so please stop with the rude and dismissive replies.I'll let you in a some info from your 1st log, there was no encoding session but there are clearly Source(s) lagging. Is it the suck ass audio routing or something else. Find & fix it & the stuttering should stop.

from what I can see, it is a little bit smoother, but not so much. feels like it went from like 120zh to 165hz.two things
1) lower your P preset from P6 to P1 in settings>output on your streaming settings
2) remove your display capture source entirely from the scene, only use a game capture.
