Question / Help Game Zoomed in Left Corner

Hi,

My game is zoomed all the way into the left corner. I've already played with the base resolution and nothing worked. I even tried CTRL+F. It just sticks to the left corner as if OBS only picks that part of the game up. See image below.

Found a work around using window capture. But this is the first time it's happened with Bioshock and all other games are fine.
