I have i7 4790 16gb ram and a GTX 970 ,
I stream on ultrafast with resolution scaled to 720p, all settings on BO3 on LOW and yet, I get some stuttering / fps drops even though the fps counter says I have 80-100 fps. is it something with my settings?
