So I have been having this problem for a while when I try to record. I record a game like Minecraft which is really easy to run
but whenever I record my game is very stuttery and looks like it's just not smooth at all.
I have an i7 and 1070, but when I got to check both of those while playing the game and recording my CPU usage is normal and my GPU usage is only around 30-40%.
I play on a 75hz monitor and I'm playing in 1920x1080
I have game DVR and all of those turned off and I'm using the nvaec new encoder. I'm just really lost I've followed all of the other threads but none of them have been working.
sometimes it is very slight and sometimes i cant even move but its enough to make a game when I'm turning a lot feel weird
i feel the same stuttery problem when I lower my max frames anywhere and when I turn on vsync i feel input lag. and with Minecraft not being so resource heavy vsync, and lowering my max frames past 200 doesn't do much but make my game less smooth
i have seen some people say v22 of obs might be better on my game or even just an older version of obs may stop the lag; i haven't tried this yet I'm just kind of skeptical that an older version would be better.
here is my log file
